**In-App Camera Function & Reducing Image Quality**

Users may contact support with App issues whereby the App reverts to the landing page or "crashes" completely when taking images. 

When a mobile device takes an image, a memory spike can occur. If the mobile device has less than optimum RAM storage available (roughly 3GB) this can cause the App to falter. Lets go through our In-App facilities to negate this issue.

On the App landing page, head to the Settings area within the App landing page by swiping up from the bottom of your screens device as shown below.

Once in the Settings area, the first thing to do is to Toggle-On the Drawing Image Quality section and reduce the image quality to Low as shonw below.

The next thing to do is to scroll down the Settings area to the Camera area and Toggle-On the Use In-App Camera Service and then **SAVE** the changes made.
