# How to view issue/record?
> When dealing with the issues or records, it is crucial to know their location.
When dealing with the issues or records, it is crucial to know their location.
There are two methods to locate and manage them: using the [Finder](#h_7ef0096ec4) or [on the drawing.](#h_bacfc02574)

## Via **Finder**
Click the menu icon ≡ on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, and select **the Subcategory finder**.
All the issue / record that belonged to this subcategory will list out here.\
You may click the magnifier icon at the top right corner to search for specific.
Next, apply your search criteria to filter results.
Click at the magnifier icon to apply search.
And you may save the filter selection as a bookmark for the next time.

## Via **Plan viewer**
Alternatively, you can return to the Plan Viewer to manage issues or records by location.
Select **drawing** at the top, click on any pins and view full details of the record.
