# How can I add photo to the issue/record? (APP)

> To add a photo in a photo field, you may add from the photo gallery or taking photos on-site by tapping the photo field.

**To add a photo in a photo field,** **you may add from the photo gallery or taking photos on-site by tapping the photo field.**

## **Taking photos on-site by tapping the photo field.**

Click the **camera icon** to open the camera.

## **Select from the photo gallery**

Click the **photo icon** to open the photo library to select a photo.
