# Export Issue profile

> You will able to see the menu icon on the top left corner, please click it to unfold the menu, access the Settings > Categories, select the category and subcate

You will able to see the menu icon on the top left corner, please click it to unfold the menu, access the **Settings** > **Categories**, select the category and **subcategory**.

#### **To Batch download -**

Switch mode from "**Browse**" to "**Select**".

Click on the item or press the **select all** / **deselect all** button to select item(s).\
The selected item will be highlighted in grey.

Press **Download** icon to batch download.

### **To download one by one -**

Select profile, click the **≡** button to expand the menu.\
Click **Download**.
