Process status is a combination of workflow states of all its forms with the goal of displaying the most recent change to its forms.
## **Single-form Process**
The process status is the same as the workflow state of its one and only form. This effectively makes single-form processes appear the same as forms.
## **Multi-form Process**
## 1. The workflow states of all its forms have the same name
The process status is the same as the workflow state of all its forms.
## 2. The most recent non-closed-passed workflow state of one of its form is the initial state
The process status displays the initial state.
