When in form viewer, click the status in the top indication bar as circled below. For the purposes of this example, the form is currently in "Draft". Pressing the current form status will open an Status option window in the centre of your screen. How can I update the Status of a Process/Checklist Form? Simply press "**CHANGE**" to amend the form status and select the necessary next stage as shown below. How can I update the Status of a Process/Checklist Form? How can I update the Status of a Process/Checklist Form? ️**Please Note:** 1\. If you unable to change the form status, probably you do not have the necessary permission to do so. Please reach out to your project administrator for more details. 2\. Once the form status is changed to any close status, the form will no longer available to edit/attach documents/attach issues.
