When dealing with the issues or records, it is crucial to know their location.  There are two methods to locate and manage them: using the  Finder or on the drawing.

Via Finder

Click the menu icon ≡ on the top left corner to unfold the Menu, and select the Subcategory finder. How to view issue/record? How to view issue/record? All the issue / record that belonged to this subcategory will list out here.
You may click the magnifier icon at the top right corner to search for specific. How to view issue/record? Next, apply your search criteria to filter results. How to view issue/record? And you may save the filter selection as a bookmark for the next time.

Via Plan viewer

Alternatively, you can return to the Plan Viewer to manage issues or records by location. Select drawing at the top, click on any pins and view full details of the record. How to view issue/record? How to view issue/record?
